Torque Hub ("we," "us," or "our") is a commercial vehicle and equipment marketplace operated as a service of Torque DMA, a sole proprietorship based in North Carolina. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect when you visit hub.torquedma.com, how we use it, and the choices you have.

- To connect you with the dealer or lender you've requested information from.

Financing Inquiries
If you submit a financing inquiry through Torque Hub, we collect only your contact information (name, phone, email) and basic details about your interest. We do not collect Social Security numbers, full credit application data, or other sensitive financial information through this site. When you are routed to a lending partner to complete a full credit application, that application is submitted directly to the lender on their own website. The lender's own privacy policy governs the information they collect, and we encourage you to review it.
How We Share Information
We share information in the following limited circumstances:
- With dealers and lenders. When you submit an inquiry about a specific unit or request financing, we share your contact information with the relevant dealer or lender so they can follow up with you.
- With service providers. We use third-party services to operate the site, including hosting, analytics, and email delivery. These providers process information on our behalf under contractual obligations.
- Legal compliance. We may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Torque Hub, our users, or others.
- Business transfers. If Torque Hub is acquired, merged, or sells assets, information may be transferred as part of that transaction.
We do not sell your personal information to third parties for their independent marketing purposes.

Torque Hub is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, please contact us so we can delete it.
